Listed below is a chart to help you understand what we do when we come to your home. We perform a walk-through of the home and pre-testing before and any work is done and at that point the crew determines what work can be performed. All listed below may or may not be completed based on the initial assessment and testing. All work is done inside the home and usually takes about 1-2 hours. Post-testing is conducted after the work is completed during the visit.

In order to qualify for the energy saving lightbulbs and water saving showerheads, we have to pass at least one major measure (infiltration, duct or ceiling insulation) AND the income requirement has to be met. Additionally, the water heater must be electric to install the water saving showerheads. (See program requirements for more details)

1	Remove air vent covers and seal cracks between the sheetrock and air vent connections with mastic and tape	Place door weatherstrip where deemed necessary	Blow loose-fill cellouse insulation in your attic to a R-30 level
2	Seal around duct connections with mastic and tape	Caulking gaps around windows from inside the home
3	We will attempt to seal any air leaks within the return	Seal Plumbing Penetrations
4	Reconnect disconnected duct lines if feasible	Install outlet and plug gaskets
5	Seal around the plenum and a/c and heating unit	Additional weatherstrip may be installed around attic access doors
