Services provided in the utility programs for qualified homes are:
Weatherstripping on all exterior doors, caulking around all window seals, caulking around all bypasses (pipes under all sinks), insulation gaskets on all exterior plugs and light switches that are accessible, taking down and sealing all A/C vents, sealing return/returns (the place where your filter is located), checking and sealing all duct lines in attic, check insulation levels. Qualified homes may receive compact fluorescent light bulbs and shower heads!
